Free from damage, wear, or modification

We reserve the right to deny or reduce refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

Reason for return
Photos/videos (if damaged)

Approved requests will receive a Return Authorization (RA).
Returns without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping
Customer pays return shipping for non-quality issues
We cover shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error
4. Refunds
All returns are inspected before approval
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days

Restocking Fee:
10%–25% may apply for large items or opened products

5. Order Cancellation
Before shipping: Free cancellation
After shipping: Treated as a return
Custom orders: Cannot be canceled once production starts
6. Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will offer replacement parts, a replacement, or another solution.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item and place a new order.

3–7 business days (UPS / FedEx / USPS)

Large items (>100 lbs):
5–15 business days (Freight delivery)

Additional services (liftgate, white-glove) available at extra cost.

Tracking & Delivery
Tracking is provided after shipment
Delivery confirmation (POD) is final
Lost/stolen packages after delivery are not covered

Inspect before signing delivery receipt
Refuse shipment if severely damaged
Report hidden damage within 2 business days
