Refund Policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following requirements:

Unused and in original condition

Free from damage, wear, stains, or modifications

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts

Items that show signs of use or are missing components may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or customized products

Opened or used items

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Any item returned after the 30-day window


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at lythanhmy11@gmail.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return

Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

For buyer’s remorse (no longer needed, ordered by mistake, changed mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide replacement parts, depending on the situation.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Refund Processing

Inspection

All returned items must pass inspection before a refund is processed.
If the product is returned in unacceptable condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we process it.

Restocking Fee

For certain items such as large equipment, freight-delivered products, or opened packages, a 10%–25% restocking fee may apply.

We will notify you if a restocking fee applies before the return is completed.


5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled at no cost before they enter processing or production.

After Shipment

Once the order has shipped, it is considered a return and falls under the Return Policy above.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items cannot be cancelled after production has begun.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos/videos of the damage and the packaging.

We will offer replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.

Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require inspection.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
