Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines important details about delivery timelines, shipping methods, damages, and international orders. Please review the information below prior to placing your order to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.


Estimated Delivery Dates

Each product page displays an estimated delivery date based on current availability and carrier timelines.
If you have a specific delivery requirement, please contact our sales team at lythanhmy11@gmail.combefore placing your order to confirm product availability and shipping dates.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number for each item in your order.

Tracking information and Proof of Delivery (POD) are considered final confirmation that your order has been successfully delivered.

If the tracking status and/or POD show the order delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, you agree that the order has been completed.

If a delivered package is subsequently lost or stolen, you agree that we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.

If you require additional delivery security (such as a signature-required option), please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Small Parcel Shipping

Small and lightweight items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

For made-to-order or custom items:
If a product is completed but cannot be shipped because you request a delayed delivery date, storage fees may apply.
If you do not specify a delivery date at the time of purchase and later request a delay, you will be responsible for all storage fees incurred from the original ship date to the newly requested ship date.

United States (Continental U.S. – 48 States)

Portable Massage Tables (< 100 lbs / 45 kg)

Carrier: UPS, FedEx, or USPS

Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days

Electric or Stationary Heavy-Duty Massage Tables (> 100 lbs / 45 kg)

Carrier: LTL Freight (Curbside Delivery)

Estimated Transit Time: 5–15 business days

Additional services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove delivery may be available upon request for an additional charge.


International Orders

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs shown at checkout for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are estimates only.

Our order processing team will calculate the actual shipping cost after receiving your order.

Canadian orders may incur additional customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes.

We will contact you with the final shipping and import cost before confirming the order.

You may choose to accept the fees and proceed, or cancel the order at no cost.


Freight Damage Policy (Heavy Items)

1. Inspection at Delivery

You must inspect the freight shipment before signing the delivery receipt (POD).

If you find significant or non-repairable damage, you agree to refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at lythanhmy11@gmail.com.

If damage is not noted at the time of delivery and you sign the POD, the freight carrier will treat the shipment as delivered in good condition, and claims cannot be processed.

2. Post-Delivery Inspection

After you receive the shipment, you agree to complete a full inspection.

Any concealed (internal) damage must be reported to us within 2 business days.

For repairable damage, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. You agree to accept replacement parts as the resolution.


Backordered Items

If your order includes backordered items, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
If you prefer split shipments, please contact lythanhmy11@gmail.com before placing your order.


No C.O.D. Shipping

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
